Serviced fee is the fee we charge for arranging the "Visa approval letter" and pick you up at any Vietnam airport.

Unless you already have valid Vietnam travel visa stamped on your passport, you must have "Visa approval letter" at hand for picking up your visa-upon-arrival at the airport in Vietnam.

You cannot enter and travel Vietnam and will be forced to fly back to your country of origin if you do not have the pre-approved letter for picking up your Vietnam visa-upon-arrival at the airport.

Vietnamese travel agents and companies could help you arrange the pre-approved letter for picking up your visa-upon-arrival at the airport. In our case, we only require our clients to pay for our service if and thus, the term we call "Service Fee."

Please note that the service fee does not cover the stamping fee, which will be paid direct to Immigration Officer at the arrival airport. This fee is fee of Vietnam Government.
