IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Due to Covid-19, we arrange visa for business and labor only. Tourist visa is still suspended.

Please read conditions bellow for understanding procedures →

We are processing:
  • - 3 months visa
  • - Business and labor purpose of entry
  • - 5-7 working days processing
Required documents:
  • - Scan of Business License of Vietnam Guarantee Company (if you’re skilled workers or experts)/ Scan of Investment License (if you’re Investors)
  • - Passport scan
  • - Confirm your expected arrival date
  • - Confirm your expected arrival port
  • - Temporary residence address after quarantine expires
The visa processing price is not including:
  • - Stamping fee (Government fee): 25 USD
  • - Covid-19 test: 3 times (60 USD/time)
  • - Airline ticket, Hotel and personal expenses
How it works?
  • 1. Fill out the secure online application form
  • 2. Send us business license and passport scan
  • 3. We send back documents for you to sign and stamp, then we apply for permition paper from HCM/HN Committee.
  • 4. We apply Visa for you or group.
  • 5. We do quarantine plan for CDC.
  • 6. When you arrive at the airport, you must be following the CDC to quarantine place.

  • Car for medical professionals of the Department for Disease prevention to pick up pax and accompany them from airport to hotel.
  • Hotel for 15 days quarantine + 3 meals/day.
  • Support fee for medical personnel who will serve during the isolation process, medical equipment for performance of Covid testing twice during isolation, fee for medical waste.

  • Stamping fee does not include, you will pay in cash at the airport.

Note:

- The visa approval letter fee is non-refundable for any reasons, once submitted.

- In case there’s any change in your itinerary, please inform us at least 7 working days before your entry date. Otherwise, all fees are non-refundable.
