You will pay stamp fee for Vietnam visa only if you arrange visa by yourself, as you can apply vietnam visa by yourself quite easy and simple at embassy.

The stamp fee will be USD $45 for single entry visa, USD $65 for multiple entries visa to Vietnam. Stamp fee will be paid directly at check-in point (airport or seaport or road/rail bordergate) for Vietnam Govermemt.
